Our Satisfaction and Performance Guarantees
Guarantee of Satisfaction: For 10 days after you receive your used electric wheelchair, Used Wheelchairs USA guarantees that you will be satisfied with it. If you are not, you must ship it back to Used Wheelchairs USA at your expense - and notify Used Wheelchairs USA of the return shipping arrangements within this 10-day period. We will issue you a refund of your original purchase price ("Local Pickup" price, excluding shipping and insurance) after we inspect your power wheel chair for damage.
Guarantee of Performance: For 30 days after you receive your used electric wheelchair, Used Wheelchairs USA warrants that it will perform according to the manufacturer's specifications. If it does not, you must take your powerchair to your nearest repair facility to obtain a written repair estimate. You must then contact Used Wheelchairs USA before any repairs are scheduled. Used Wheelchairs USA will choose to pay for the repairs or to pay for you to ship back your powerchair to Used Wheelchairs USA at our expense. We will then replace it with a comparable power wheelchair. The Performance Guarantee does not cover your used electric wheelchair batteries. Please view our Used Power Wheelchair Battery Policy.
Exclusions: These guarantees do not apply to powerchairs that are used outside of the USA. These guarantees are void if you damage your powerchair, or if you use your used electric wheelchair in any way that is not covered by the manufacturer's original warranty. If your power wheelchair is damaged by you, or during shipment back to Used Wheelchairs USA, you are responsible for the cost of repairs.
